Player Rewards is our new and improved loyalty programme, intended to reward you, our valued guest, for your business.

Player Rewards offers you the flexibility to play at 10 casinos across the UK. You only need one card and can earn and redeem Reward Points in a single account.

What Are Reward Points

Reward Points give you the opportunity to eat and drink for free in our restaurants and bars. You can also use your Points for branded merchandise, premium travel experiences, shopping vouchers and more.

REMEMBER!

The only way to earn Reward Points is by using your Player Rewards card so make sure you ALWAYS insert it into any slot or electronic gaming machine, or hand it to the dealer when you sit down at the tables.

How Are Reward Points Earned

1 Reward Point is earned for every:

  • £5 coin-in on Reel Slot Machines
  • £10 coin-in on Electronic Roulette
  • £20 coin-in on Electronic Punto Banco

For table game play, Reward Points are earned based on the amount bet.
